Privacy policy

Last updated: September 30, 2026

This policy explains what personal information www.tilish.ca and its waitlist collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to exercise your rights.

What we collect

Waitlist: your email address, the site's language when you signed up, and where your visit came from (campaign parameters like utm_source, ad click ids like gclid, landing page and the site you came from).

Essential cookies: your cookie choice, and the campaign that brought you to the site (kept in your browser so it can be linked to your sign-up).

Only with your consent: analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and advertising cookies (Google Ads, Reddit, Meta).

Why

To send you the confirmation email, then your invite code when a spot opens.

To know which campaigns and channels bring sign-ups, in aggregate.

We never sell your information and don't use it for anything else.

Cookies and consent

Analytics and advertising cookies are off by default. They load only after you agree, and you can change your mind at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is kept for 6 months.

If you accept them, Google, Reddit and Meta receive technical data about your visit (pages viewed, device, IP address) and, when you sign up, a conversion event without your email. These companies may process this data outside Quebec, under their own policies.

Who has access

Only the Tilish team sees the waitlist. Emails are sent through our provider Resend. Our servers and encrypted backups are hosted by Tilish in Quebec and on Google Drive.

How long

A sign-up that is never confirmed is deleted after 30 days. A confirmed sign-up is kept while you wait for your invite, then alongside your account (to know which campaign brought you), until you ask for it to be deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.

Person in charge of the protection of personal information: [email protected]. You can also file a complaint with Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information.

The Tilish app

Once your account exists on app.tilish.ca, what you read is only used to personalize your dashboard. It stays with Tilish, and no advertising cookies are used in the app.
